Help with clutch problem!

Just installed a new clutch in my 03 Evo 8 and it seems like the clutch fork is pretty far to the passenger side. When I step on the clutch itll go down a little then stop because it'll hit the case of the transmission. What could be my issue? Thanks in advance.

Possibly the TOB popped off the pressure plate or was never on properly. I'd pull the little rubber inspection circle out and take a look at that throw out bearing placement.
