aftermarket floor mat options for Evo 7 8 9 ct9a?

I have 2 other cars besides my Evo ix and both have the laser-measured weather-tech floor "liner" floor mats. These are expensive but they fit absolutely flawless and do a fantastic job of protecting the carpet.

Apparently they aren't available for the CT9A evo's, or even the base-model lancers of this year-range.

Does anyone have anything similar? I don't want to buy "generic" floor mats that move all around. Driving our cars requires enough "fancy footwork" and I don't like it when floor-mats get in the way.

I want something like this. I love my weather tech mats. They clean up so easy and the carpets in my 2 mazda's look absolutely brand new still more than 12/5 years later.

Do you have a mitsubishi part number, or photo?

I'd also love for WeatherTech to offer the laser measured floor liners. I sent them an email, and they said if there is enough interest they would consider making them.

I think the the best we can do is submit a 'product request form' and hope for the best:

I did look and I don't have either since I bought them years ago. I did look around and the couldn't find the number. If you look for the Evo X ones those images are pretty close to what the VIII ones look like.

I'm going to start a new thread with the link - maybe if we bombard them with product requests, WeatherTech will have no choice but to offer them

It's a flexible rubber/plastic material that literally matches the opening shape and surface where your feet go. When you pull them out they aren't flat and can't be made flat.

I understand how they make these though. They use a point-cloud scanner, and then build an injection mold. I think they never did this for the CT9A or base model lancer of those years because the production numbers were so low.
