Injectors not firing

Ok so I just installed a new AFPR and the FP is around 60psi trying to start the car, But the car will not start just cranks over I have never had this issue before! I took out the plugs and the are dry had my wife start the car and watching down the sparkplug tube and there is no fuel? Not to sure why but car drove perfect be fore installing FPR.

I took out the injectors and did a home test/cleaning and they were spraying perfect put them back in car acted like it wanted to start then stopped, now only cranks over again with no fuel..

Again FP is at 60psi when trying to start the car and then drops down to around mid 30's low 40's when done cranking and slowly drops to 0 after awhile...

Anyone have this issue also car is running -8 feed to rail then -6 to FPR and then back to the stock 1/4 to the tank..

You need to start with turning down the fuel pressure. 60psi is too high.

Wire the pump to run without cranking, you should be at 43.5psi with no vacuum applied to the regulator.

I did turn down the fuel pressure and still nothing I guess I can try and run the pump without cranking the car and see what happens.
I just have never seen or had this issue when installing a AFPR.
