Hey so I just bought an Evo 7. When it's in full boost I stutters a bit like the clutches is slipping or a fuel delivery issue. If anyone has had this issue I could use some help thanks.

 

I would say start with the basics.
Check plug gaps and condition.
Work. Your way up the ladder of complexity.
I have had simple solutions for the same issue such as a faulty cop coil. Also had a clogged fuel sock sitting on the end of my walbro.
