So long story short clutch crapped out on my car I put a new act clutch new act pro light flywheel got it all back together tonight and the car fired right up but I have one problem as soon as I hit 3500 rpm in any gear I get fuel cut my AFR gauge goes full lean and stays that way till I let off the gas then back to normal I’m so confused no service engine light or anything....

car has a brand new o2 sensor and my fuel trims are within 2%

mods on the car are
stock injectors Wally 250
built head head gsc s2 cams all supporting head work
full exhaust muse o2 dump
Spoolin up cop kit
AEM methanol kit tuned at 80/20 ratio
ets lower upper pipes 3.5 ets core
speed density tuned by Erin at English racing 4ish months ago...
mind you before the clutch install the car had no issues but the clutch slipping it’s like to the car just all of a sudden bogs at any any load at 3500 rpm and above I’m going nuts everything is plugged in checked all vacuum lines which doesn’t matter really it’s on SD if anyone has any insight it would be much awesome thank you

 

So I now have corrected the problem but i don’t know what it is there is a small black ground wire running to the battery that got popped off but I have no clue what it runs not the original owner...
im thinking either 12 v fuel pump mod or the most likely culprit is it goes to my python alarm system and the car was kicking into valet mode any suggestions what this little bugger could be

Sorry I didn’t reply today guys was digging into it I feel so stupid I traced it back to my methanol controller with it not connected it kicks the failsafe in the controller stopping the car from going over 3500 rpm bah I feel stupid...
Car runs fantastic so if anyone has this problem with the aem methanol with the fail safe set up this would be your problem
