Need help! How do I connect grimmspeed ebcs?

I looked at a lot of threads on the search and couldn’t find a answer. I have a fully built evo with a borg Warner turbo with no boost pressure source on it as it says per the grimmspeed instructions to have one. I’m running two tial wastegates and the top wastegate ports are open to atmosphere and I’m running the bottom ports to port 3 in the grimmspeed and a line from the intake manifold to port 2 and have port 1 vented to atmosphere is this correct??. I’m sorry if I posted this thread in the wrong section. Thank you for all your help
