Fuel pressure not rising 1:1 with boost, replaced/swapped almost everything

Hey guys, coming here as a last resort cry for help.

heres the deal,

just installed AEM infinity, flex fuel, fuel pressure sensor, new fuel pressure regulator fp red intercooler piping, and when went to drive the car to tune it I couldn't get Into boost due to fuel pressure dropping. And severe leaning out I didn’t have this issue before swapping all these things on the stock turbo all was fine. Fast forward to now:

I replaced the fuel pump hanger with a bulletproof racing one, swapped regulators, have zero leaks anywhere, injectors are dry, return line and feed dry, magnus fuel rail dry, pump ha ger dry, no leaks anywhere that I can tell, stock lines from pump hanger to engine bay hardline where I have AN fittings from there to the return.

ive done almost everything Including replacing my melted fuel pump relay, (which was wired corrextly and of proper gauge wire) my alternstor was failung and thet could have not set the relay off causing it to melt, I have done everuthinf but try another pump which will be here this afternoon. I’m able to idle ane cruise just fine, if I put 30psi compressed air into the reg vac line I do see pressure rise to 80psi.

anyone else thing the dieing alternators inconsistent current to the relay could have caused the pump to not flow it’s full potentiap? I have a hrd tike believeing it’s FAILING cause it is a beand new walbro 450 with 500 miles on it. And I am able to idke and cruise just fine. But going into boost I lean out and drop pressure. Here is a picture in the log of what is happening.

ill come back after I seap the fuel pump with the new one, but hell, I’m running out of ideas. Pump is the only last thing to swap to see if it resolves the issue, anyone else any ideas to point me in the right direction I’d really appreciate it.

my gut tells me the dieing alternator did a number on the pump and electronics. Here is a picture of the STM relay pigtail that melted. (At the power wire)

do you have a fuel filter on it anywhere?
may be clogged if you do

I would check over your electrical, a bad alternator shouldn't cause that kind of damage. That looks more like a short somewhere.

high resistance in a connection or wire will cause excessive heat, and heat related electrical damage
