Evo 8 Passenger Side Fluid Leak

So Im having a leak on my passenger side and the fluid is somewhat clear (sometimes yellow-ish). At first i couldnt tell if it was brake fluid or powersteering. I took a closer look and i think its my axle, possibly loose. If it is loose, is it because its loose? or the seals are bad?

could be from the axle seal or where the transfer case meets the transmission theirs a o-ring there.

thank you. i found out that its my axle/axle seal. the axle doesnt lock into the inner shaft due to it not being a oem axle. hopefully when i replace the axle it stops leaking and not the seal.

make sure you check the snap ring clip on the axle sometimes u can open the clip to make it lock in.
