Timing belt whine but tensioner set correctly

It probably depends on the belt condition/brand. I've had the Gates belt for several t-belt jobs and I haven't heard it whine
Oof that’s definitely not good, I should try the Gates one next, mine is a brand new OEM belt i ordered from STM

I changed my P/S pressure hose to the STM Techna-Fit one same time as timing belt jawb and I can't tell if its pump wine or belt wine. This thread has me wondering now lol

you can run it without the serpentine belt or pour some water on it
