Sun visor compatibility?

Does anyone know if the Sun visors are interchangeable between an Evo 5 (CP9A) and and Evo 8 (CT9A), or if they can be swapped with a late 90’s mirage or something? Would love to pick some up but they are discontinued so used is the only way to go.

On my old cars I take the original sunvisors and have them rebuilt. You can also do cool things like delete the labels or add garage door openers. I just did this on my CRV. https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-.../#post52780187

That came out really good. I would rebuild mine But I don’t have them. Car had a roll cage when I first got it but had to remove it when I imported it so now I’m trying to find a direct replacement.

I traded my Evo for mine (well sold the evo and bought the CRV instead). I have additional gentex garage door opener units if you need one (I have light tan brown and light grey)

Awe.. so sad. I know the CRV is the “smart” choice… but can’t quite get the rush of dropping the clutch at 5K lol

Yeah that’s what I’ve been trying to do. I’ll have to see if they have more of a part number cross reference. Thanks for the advice!

Has this thread stooped to the level of comparing an evo 9 to a crv? Please stop before I spill my drink.

You're probably just a lot younger than me. I was once like that. I hope it lasts forever for you. The only thing I have left of my car is the skillset it gave me.

Thanks for all the help guys. Going to hit the local pick n pull tomorrow to see if they happen to have an old mirage. If not, then eBay it is. Lol

In my 30’s but still love this platform. If all goes well I’ll keep my beauty forever. lol

In my 30's too and as I get older my love for this platform among others is only getting stronger. IMO the people who get out of the game because they're "too old" or claim they've done it all and need to move on, never really had true love for it to begin with. Not knocking them. Maybe they loved the feeling it gave them at the time, or the test in skills but that's something else. Im not stopping till im in the grave. Keeping all my cars for life, my family can figure out what happen with them when I die lol
