Thats sorta silly. Sometimes you can't avoid an accident, period. Without knowing what really happened, sorta sucky thing to say to a guy that just had his baby smashed.

Sorry to heat about that. Glad your ok.. in the future swerve left when someone turns left in front of you. Turning right ends up like this, both of you heading for the same spot..

first of all read what he typed
he said he twitch the car and try to avoid the toyota
meanning he thought he was able to avoid the car without breaking
any street smart person would used the break
if so his car wont have so much damge
so his driving style is agressive
this time he got lucky it wasn't his fault, but
if he kept this up he would smash up another evo under his fault in no time
again thats my opinion

any street smart person eh....yah...right..
jam on the breaks! it doesnt matter, any speed, just jam on them!!!
float the break and try to manuvre out of the way is what ya need to do, and is what he attempted to do, but when someone cuts you off, jams on their breaks and makes a left turn, there isn't much you can do
I had this happen on my YZF, and it is nearly unavoidable at higher speeds.
Saying he has an aggressive driving style, and that he is lucky it wasn't his fault is silly.
Sorry man, but I guess its again news to you that jamming on the breaks isn't the answer to everything.

believe me i did. and went to the right as much as I could. If I were in any other car in that collision, I and the other guy, would have definitely been injured. I did as much as I could given the total lack of time,or room to react. The thing is that I just pulled out of my road , so I wasnt even up to the posted speed limit (45)and this genius in the toyota was waiting to pull out of the plaza , into the opposing lane from me. I saw him there, watching him, so I got to a certain distance and figured no sane person would go, and just after that, he went. There was no way in hell I could have missed him. I was lucky that I didnt broadside him. Any other car and it would have been alot worse. I dont know why or how my axel got snapped...but I doubt its fixable since the core support in the front is bent and cracked aswell.I hope my insurance company feels the same.
