F the popo! Well, that was just a mod created by the 3d Graffiedi (spelling? :P) Team. Hit them up on google to find there page, from there you can download the model and install it for yourself on the PC.
I am currently designing my own model, which will be the EVO VII - MR.
I should finsh that in a month or two, maybe a bit more concidering what will be in my way lol.
However im working on another one of these EVO videos, what will be featuring 3 types of the EVO VII. (Rally *the one you have seen* the GSR, and a Modified RS2.)
