2wd dynoing
Anybody know what has to be to run the car on a 2wd dyno.
I know the baseline wont be accurate, but I free access to a 2wd dyno. So when I make mods I will be able to see the results.
Thanks
Sorry if this has been covered, I looked around and could not find anything.

I have looked into this before but no good answers , some say you have to convet the setup and unhook the front diff or rear diff.
i will watch this post as well
Some said jackup the rear or the front end. doesnt sound to smart to me.

i think it has something to do with removing the driveshaft and testing it as front wheel drive.
jacking up the rear end sounds like one of the dumbest/dangerish things ive ever herd of!

i'm no expert on dynos, but even 2wd dynos are very useful for evos... it wont give you the right reading but it will be consistent... so you can do a before and after dyno and still find the percentage gain.

i agree if you could get it hooked up properly and safely to a dyno then you can get some info. there are issue like 50/50 split transmission. then will you only see half of the hp. or some portion of this since the car will not have resistance to the other wheels. it seems to vague a method for testing. 4wd dyno so much easier.
