IMO, more people are more concerned about eliminating the "poorly made" x-fer cases in our cars with the ACD than the actual performance gains.

From what I heard, phantom grip really works wonders. However, it's never going to be like the real LSD.

Long term benefit, i'm sure, isn't worth it then the real LSD.

how much WHP are you people running in order for you to have wheel hops and spinning tires?

I'm thinking over 400whp, otherwise you guys are milking the clutch and double taking the accelerator at the same time.

 

umm...i got an evo 7 with ACD and AYC..
could i expect any problems using this insert?

 

They run his Phantom Grip in their 9 second car, and they only thing they blew was teh turbo.

 

Dude, back in my day LSD was only $5 per hit...$300?...Must be some good stuff...

 

any updates on this, anyone had one fail in an evo yet? I get a good bit of right front wheel spin at track this may help. Also how diffrent is it on the street, it it that bad?

 

this is not really a diff... it's an open diff mod. and that said it's a bandaid to a problem, the problem being the open diff. either get the ralliart/05+ diffs from one of the tranny builders or get a quaife.
