Combination of factors:

Primarily because I'm intending to upgrade to the '05 Evo MR when it arrives around the end of the year.. . and now seemed like a good time to sell the '03 - start of the summer, before the MR actually arrives, etc etc.

Secondly, I just got divorced and am in the process of flipping around a lot of assets including a couple different cars, so it seemed like a good time.

Also, I've got a couple of cars, and the Evo isn't seeing as much seat time anymore with my latest acquisition of a 2002 Dinan M5.

But of course. I'll still be a regular on the site, even if I'm Evo-less for a handful of months.


My dealer swears so. But its all just rumor, you're right. Even so, if the MR doesn't come, i'll likely upgrade to a 2005 model to get the front LSD, E-ACD, and other anticipated upgrades.... those long-timers here might remember that I was one of the people weighing in that I'd likely be upgrading the Evo to a newer model in a year or two once AYC/etc hit, once we found out the Evo was finally coming over yet was coming over without the advanced electronics/etc. Oh, and if possible I'll be ordering the car in the new Graphite color, I've loved that since I first saw it in the car mags.
