The RPM callibration thing has been covered before. I usually turn on the headlights and then callibrate; if that doesn't work try adding the blower fan. I set the high RPMs to 6500 and the low RPMs to 1500. I also have a friend calibrate the G-Tech so I can focus on the road and tach.

For weight I have been using 3500 lbs. I have an Evo with a sunroof, generally 3/4 tank of gas and me.
