Bushur I/C piping fit with the HKS RS intake?

Bushur I/C piping fit with the HKS RS intake?
Just curious if the BR upper I/C piping will fit with the HKS suction Intake.... Anyone have this piping? If so was it worth the $$$$$

Stock airbox has to be chucked for this to fit. Due to the cleance issue with the pipe and the bottom of the stock air box. I had checked it out while installing it and the bracket (box of air box) would also be in the way. I also have the Buschur min batt with there nice aluminum battery hold down. I believe it was worth the money just for the bracket . There battery is pretty much the same as a Batcap.
