I think all turbo cars have an oil cooler.

It's up to the individual. Just like upgrading the radiator to a bigger one or changing the IC piping to hard piping. In other words, there is always something out there better than stock. As for the oil cooler, you can put a bigger one but the placement will need fabrication.

Thanks guys... I was just curious because I may hit a road coarse real soon. I was a little worried about running hard for long periods without an oil temp guage. Since the Evo has an oil cooler, I feel much better about going...

If you go on the track on a hot day (85+) and without the thermostat for the cooler changed, you'll run in the region of 220+ .. abit too high for my liking ..
The thermostat costs you around 40-50bucks .. and it's worthy investment if you intend to track on the car .. alternatively, I routed my water spray to the oil cooler too
