Thanks for the replies everyone.
I'm concerned that he has done all these things to the car but kept the original turbo. I want to buy a reliable car, not one that will destroy itself!

dont worry about the stock units they are strong! there is a guy on here thatis using an EVO turbo (cant remember which one) that is bone stock and he has 26psi out of the thing all the time, and that while racing. there are loads of people here in the UK that are running stock (ish) turbos that are producing very nice numbers with no problems! only go for a bigger turbo if you are looking for more than 400bhp!
just my thoughts but there you go!
thanks Chris.
PS where abouts are you in the world?

Chunting - I'm in Sydney at the moment, but will be in Singapore in 2 weeks.
Currently thinking to go with another Evo 8 with less mods. I don't like the sound of a couple of the mods on this red evo - like the exhaust system.
Hmmmm.... decisions decisions!

Hi! I'm based in Singapore. The guy has done up quite a nice bit of mods on his Evo. If you are really looking into hardcore performance, the car should do very well. But there are a couple of stuff on the car, especially the exhaust which may land you into some trouble with the traffic police. Otherwise, it's pretty well modded by our standards!
