Which car can beat this 0-60?

Was wondering after i looked at the specs of the ND Evo 7. Esp the 0-60 time. By far, I have not yet seen any Evo, or even road-going car, that can beat it's time of 2.79secs! Anyone has any idea?

Tym Switzer @ Buschur Racing did it in the BR Evo last year.

If I remember correctly Buschur estimated 2.62 based on timeslip numbers.
Maybe it was someone else.(?)
It would be nice if 1/4 mile timeslips had 0-60mph too.

BR used the AEM EMS logs to look at the speed measured by the vehicle speed sensor. I'd like to see what a radar gun would measure.

One of the reasons I prefer the EMS over any other form of engine management is its world-class datalogging capabilities. Looking back at my logs from the track Friday, I looked at each pass. Here are the numbers I extracted from the logs:

On the 11.65 pass, I was able to go from 0-60 in 2.620 seconds.

On the next pass, I was able to go from 0-60 in 2.941 seconds with aggressive spin off the line up to about 30mph.

Average 0-60 times were all in the 2.7-2.9 second range.

Hope you find this data informative.

Take care all.

You must remeber that the Norris Designs car has a full standard interior too though...no weight saving and it still gets 2.79secs

their target weight is 1200-1250kg (w/o driver)...but when they were running those times it was near standard I believe....remember it's a 7 RS, so has a weight of ~1350kg (~2950lbs)...PLUS, the 0-60 of 2.79 and the 0-100 of 5.99 seconds were done on road tyres.

and then there's RC developments car....mmmm

ND Evo's time is estimated by Norris Design.

But that car should be fast, like rediculously fast. Spent $100,000 + on that car... sick.

I think Norris is like 90 pounds.
