Crossroad =-( (no 56k)

OK guys. Most of you know that I have a very modified Evo. I love this thing to death. My wife and I are looking into having our first child and the Evo may have to go. I know that it's always better to part out the car, but do you guys think I could get out of her as is. She's ready for 10k's at the track and I hate to dismantle the car. She would make someone very, VERY happy! I'm still just thinking about it, but the family has to come first.... Here's my mod list and a few pics.
thanks,
jeremy

Keep the car (unless you financed the mods), my kids would try to kill me if I let the Evo go now that they are older. When my 1st child was born we had a Nissan Sentra, later moving to an Acura Integra Sedan, etc, etc. Baby seats fit in them all depending on the make. Most importantly, I love my kids to death, but your time in your car will be one of the few things you will do for yourself for the next few years when not hauling the little one(s). Daddy needs an outlet (garage time?), trust me. My wife agreed after she really thought about it, and I suggest you both do too depending on your interests.

Bro, I don't know what you do for a living , but you show yourself to be very well off.. Considering all that you've done to the car and it's only been out for a year.. There is absolutely NO reason to sell it for a baby.. I have 2 daughters 2 1/2, and 1 year.. You get a heap load of baby items from friends and family... So that you wont need to go crazy with buying things.. We did that, and believe me, we didn't need to.. Just throw a baby shower and you'll be alright, trust me.. Only thing is start buying diapers now and store them away!! Damn, you can put baby furniture on layaway!!! Hahaha... Don't sell the car, you'll commit suicide a month later.. But, kids ARE THE BEST THING IN THE WORLD!!!

Well, considering an Evo is part of my own long term plans, even with a family, I'd definitely keep that car. It's a four-door sports sedan, you can lug yourself, your wife, and 2 kids around with ease, and it would STILL be safer than most other sedans on the road with its powerful brakes, and vastly superior grip.

So, hell yeah, there's no reason you can't have your cake and eat it too. The Evo is the most family-friendly sports car there is!
