Built4Race is selling an MR exhaust system complete with turbo outlet, downpipe, exhaust and test pipe for $599.95. I'm surprised no one has bit on this yet. If I didn't buy an exhaust already I would definitely get this (in fact I may have given them the idea. I e-mailed them a while back and asked if they would give me a discount on shipping if I bought all four pieces).
