why no framless windows on evo??

Well, whether or not you like them is not a matter here, but as for mounting them in the weatherstripping, that sounds like it would make opening/closing the door awfully tough, since the window would have to be open to clear the deflector. Or you'd have to position the deflectors up above the door, so that they don't interfere with the path of the door, making them kinda pointless.

you know, framless windows just helps the designer to mold the exterior of the car better, for such reason as aerodynamics or simple aesthetics.

But when it's excuted poorly like on car in question, you get some horrid wind noise and there were few instances where the glasses shatteres because of the lack of frame support and thin glasses.

my LRV has frames, maybe its something mitsu uses on its "rally" vehicles.
