Umm, what CEL are you referring to? Rear cat sensor, P0136? If so, the O2 eliminator will most likely plug into where the exisiting rear O2 pugs in which is under the front passenger seat.

If it's the one from lancershop.com, you have to tap into the stock one. There's four wires. I believe they are two black, white, and a blue. Haven't been under the car for awhile. But you basically tap into the stop harness per their instructions. There's a little red light built into it so you know you hooked it up right. It'll blink. I've had it on my car for awhile and it works great.
