Unhappy Underbody and exhaust damage

MASSIVE contruction bump hit where some underground powerline work was being done. Some damage to the exhaust and one of the tie bars for the suspension. What need to be replaced, and should I just buy the Vishnu catback i was looking at to replace the dented exhaust piece? Pics attached

The exhaust doesn't look too bad. I wouldn't worry about it unless it was leaking.

I'd inspect the tie bar mounting points for damage.

Hehe, you have no idea. Road was ripped open, and contruction crew barely paved it over. Not marking giant bumps is a great idea!
