kartboy short shifter position uncentered

kartboy short shifter position uncentered
for people that installed the kartboy short shifter, does yours also look like this?
(sorry for quality of pic but it shows how its uncentered..)
i figured it was because it was designed to be closer to the driver?
also, you notice the curve in the short shifter that causes it to be uncentered..
the shifter is great and the position doesnt bother me. i was just curious since no one ever brought it up. thanks
