10mph to 100 mph times
As many of us do not take our cars to the drag strip I believe it would be interesting to know what times modified Evos have recorded by a stopwatch from 10-100mph. Take off would be just by a rolling start, letting out the clutch and flooring it. No speed shifting between gears. Or, if you have only timed your Evo from something other than 10mph or from a certain rpm in one gear to another gear then please post that as well as your mods.

isn't our stock 0-100 time like 12.9 or something? so wouldn't 10-100 be somewhere around that? not like 20 seconds? lol iuno just my .02

I think a better indicator would be to simply floor it from 10-100mph without any clutch antics . . .b/c then you see only engine capability, and not how good of condition your clutch is, or how strong your clutch holds.

I made a few tests before I put on my turbo kit, car had basic mods like HKS 3” exhaust, HKS RS and HKS SSQV.
I did each test three times and counted the average time:
4000rpms->7000rpms in 4th gear = about 9sec
4000rpms in 2nd gear -> 7000rpms in 4th gear = about 12sec
I also made a 4k->7k in 5th gear test but that is hard to perform as it means you need a very long and flat road to be able to perform it correctly each time as this rally means going flat out in 5th and you reach very high speeds.
I don’t have the notes at hand just now so I might not be 100% correct on the times and for that last 5th gear run I really can’t remember what times I got but I think it was in the 30sec region. I’ll check them once I have the notes at hand and correct them if I remembered incorrectly.
I decided to start from 4k since I wanted to be able to compare it with my new turbo and since it doesn’t start to spool decent until 3,5k I decided to start at 4k.
I’ve had some problems with my car after the turbo kit install so the only test I’ve done after that is the 4k->7k in 4th which it did in about 7sec now. I don’t think my car performs as it should so possibly I will be able to improve that once everything is sorted out.
