How fast?
If WRC cars have like over 60kgm of torque, how fast would they do the 1/4 mile?

Depends on the gearing they have installed at the time and where the 1/4 mile is and who drove the car and what tires and suspension they used and what the weather is like at the time and which WRC car it was, etc etc etc.
