Once. Some guy in a cavelier was messing with me, and I have a big ego. So I gave the cavelier his ***, then the cops pulled us both over. Gave me and unsafe speed, and unsafe lane change. Towed the other guy. He got out of his car right away, and started arguing with the cops. I was dumb, but that guy was dumber. Messing with an evo? come on man.
....oh and he was dumb for jumping out of his car.

I've received two tickets. One was 70 in a 45 two weeks after buying the car, the other was a bs speed trap 58 in a 45 up on Angels Crest Highway. The good news is that I beat both tickets by dragging it out and requesting trials. Neither cop bothered to show up and the charges were dismissed!

None....Knock on wood!
I was cruising home from work one night and noticed a car parked on the side of the freeway (no lights/flashers). I just figured it was a car broken down. I go flying by and the next thing I know there's a spot light shining on my car. Damn cop was sitting there watching the cars go by! Luckily, he just "warned" me to slow down. Other than that, I haven't really had any cops here in Vegas even look over at me.
When I lived in Cali, that was a whole different story. I swear I was pulled over once a week for the typical tinted windows/no front plate/loud exhaust tickets in my Accord.

Two. One really lame "failure to obey an orange cone" ticket, and another for speeding. I got a third for speeding on my bike, but that doesn't count. It hurts to drive the car around like a grandma, but I now have no choice. I think I'm gonna get killed on my insurance next year.

I got mine back in February 2 months into the ownership experience. It sucked because I wasn't even goofing around - I was on the way to a wake with the wife. On an interstate, and noticed a bunch of merging traffic coming on at the approaching entrance ramp from the right. I had just started to pass a minivan and noticed all the traffic that was going to come on just beyond the van now, so I decided to go just a bit faster and avoid all of them. Just as I get around the minivan, I noticed the trooper sitting way off the road and watching the whole thing. He got me for 75 in a 55. A few $$ and 1 lawyer later I had it bargained down to a parking on pavement.
Now I'm nervous - but I'm still pushing it when the urge comes on. I had some idiot in a Corolla pass me just last weekend on the MASS Turnpike coming back into NY while I was trying to get around a stupid truck that went brain dead in the left lane after emerging from the toll booths. Once I got around the truck, I was back to my usual cruising speed (~74mph). The dopey Corolla, who had passed both me and the truck on the right directly out of the toll booths puts about 1/4 mile on me and then puts his flashers on - like I was trying to catch up to him! Pissed me off, so I gunned it for about 20 seconds and started gaining on him, but wasn't comfortable with the 90+mph I was now doing, so I backed off. He disappears at a high rate of speed. About 7 minutes later I crest a hill and see him pulled over and lit up by a NYS trooper. I about wet myself with joy.
And then I put my flashers on as I passed him getting written up...
