New Dyno Pull Via UTEC 320whp 91 Pump
Hi, guys here is my New Dyno Pull Via UTEC 320whp via 91 Octane.
Dyno was made on a 4wd Dynojet
Here's the dyno pull today
My question is my torque curve, I'm only getting about 280wtq, it should be higher and my whp should be higher than 320whp
What limiting factors do you think that happening in the car?
Do you guys think that if the IC pipes and hoses were slightly loose, I would loose hp and torque?
Do you guys think that T-Bolt clamps would do the job on the Intercooler pipes and hoses?
Here are my current mods:
FUEL - 91 Pump Gas
BOOST - 19 PSI
BOOST CONTROL - MANUAL BOOST CONTROL
INTERNAL ENGINE MODIFICATIONS - HKS 264 INTAKE AND 274 EXHAUST CAMSHAFTS
TURBO MODIFICATIONS - NONE
INTERCOOLER - GREDDY V SPEC FRONT MOUNT INTERCOOLER KIT
INTAKE MODIFICATIONS - AEM AIR FILTER KIT, PERRIN UPPPER BOOST TUBE, AEM MAF PIPE KIT, GREDDY LOWER INTERCOOLER PIPINGS
EXHAUST MODIFICATIONS - HKS DOWNPIPE AND CAT BACK EXHAUST
CATALYTIC CONVERTER - Helix Test Pipe
ECU MODIFICATIONS - NONE
FUEL TUNING MODIFICATIONS - Turbo XS UTEC
FUEL DELIVERY MODIFICATIONS - 255LPH FUEL PUMP, 660CC INJECTORS
I need suggestions to bring my HP and Torqe to 340whp and 330wtrq
Any help is greatly appreciated thanks guys

are you using UTEC or SAFC for fuel control? Also with the 264/272 cams you'll lose some low end torque compared to the straight 264 cams on stock turbo. You might want to get some cam gears and try setting it to -2/-2 for the staggered cams. You should see a gain of 10-15whp on the topend with cam gears.

Yes, its an aggressvie map, I have a mild one set on the UTEC for normal driving.
My main concern is the IC pipes and hoses, will T-Bolt clamps help free up HP and Torque?
How do you know if your leaking the slightest of boost? I hit 21 psi to redline everytime.
