Between the front headlights in front of the mesh grill is a black strip that sits almost flush with the hood. What is it? Where can i get one of those at?

That is an Evo VII right? Looks like some kind of radiator shroud.

It's called an "ugly shroud/fairing" made by "Please don't buy it". Good question though, looks like some sort of air diverter or protector.

its called a radiator cooling plate.
