More Alarm Wire Q's

can you point me to the "ignition ON" and "ignition OFF" trigger output wires from Evo to alarm box?

I'm wrapping up my self install on keyless entry and pwr locks for my 04' RS and I thought it would be great to add auto pwr lock with ignition ON and pw unlock with ignition OFF.

I'm also planning for dome light trigger using the white wire at bottom of fuse box...

thanks

Lightbulb Check it

Look for a wiring diagram (search) on this site for the EVO. If your keyless entry upgrade alarm is anything like the one I installed, you can use the (-) triggered lock unlock wires. I can help you more once I am at home, but I'm half working now These 2 wires once grounded will unlock or lock all doors.

Thanks Man!

I have RS so no stock pwr locks for me. I 've added aftermarket actuators and I've got the pwr locks working.

What I want to followup is adding auto lock on ignition ON and then auto unlock on ignition OFF. Where do I find these wiring, do I use black/white wire from ignition harness? And where is this ignition harness?

thanks!

if you plan on putting a turbotimer it's a pain in the @$$ cuz your car will unlock everytime it turns off. just to let you know because when my buddy drives, he has to sit in his car until the turbo timer turns off or stay within his alarm arming distance to lock his car. i think the 03's came stock like that but my '05 didn't. I'm sure we could disarm it but i haven't been a good enough friend to help him out yet.

The shock sensor is attached to the ignition harness. Just follow the wires coming out of the steering column.

Thanks guys for your help.

I'm just trying to install a simple remote pwr lock system in my RS.

to finish, I'need to hook up dome supervision and add ignition on and off based auto locking. I think I'll just use red ignion +12v wire to trigger a "three way" relay if there is such a thing. Where w/ +12v off to on, trigger pwr lock to green wire and w/ +12v on to off, trigger pwr unlock to blue wire.

would this work?
