That's a very good point.

Try at least 3 hours of non stop driving, you will wish you have one.

I don't know how you people say you don't like cruise control. It is definatly a option that should of came with the car but it is lacking. I love crusie control because i drive to NY (3 hour drive) ever few weeks, i can't imagine driving the evo without cruise control for that long.

I will install cruise when I Mod. Cruise reduces fatigue and prevents stupid tickets.

Some where in evoluntion.net this cruise mentioned: http://www.rostra.com/ac-cruise.asp.

Good luck.

yup, thats the one i've got, using the electric unit.

at the lowest gain, on hills it hunts just a bit, but on flat ground (which is most of any trip) it's worth the weight in gold.

I drove 9 hrs to a meet with no cruise, and i couldn't walk because my knee was twisted so bad from having to maintain the same seating position.

Since then i've made 2 trips back and forth, indiana to florida, and they're effortless with the cruise.

i consider it a must for $200.

a pain.

honestly, not that bad, but it requires some modification to the throttle cable, and some may not be willing to do that.
