Wallbro?? Fuel Cut??
I have 03 Evo, 3' down pipe,resinator,cat back,MBC,TypeS BOV... Will a new fuel pump stop fuel cut, im holding 20.5psi sometimes it goes over((alittle))... Mainly happeneds on a 4th to 5th gear rollon..

No, but it will just make your car run rich when you do WOT.
fuel cut is related to your MAF reading.

put the stock pump back on until you can get a tune.
