Good assembly lube for cam install?
I am going to be installing cams in my evo this weekend and I am wondering if there is a specific name of a good assembly lube to use for installation? What stores might carry it? Thanx

I just used that red stuff from advance auto, 12,000 miles on cams and engine still works fine - a good thing.
Some people just use the motor oil but I think actual assy lube has different surface tension characteristics and is far superior.
Just a hint
1)
For whatever method you use - the cam sprocket bolts are stuck on, buy a proper sized wrench with lots of leverage for the job (adjustable is too bulky) of holding the cam while breaking the bolt.
2)
the tensioner shouldn't be hard to turn, if it is, it aint in there straight
3) when putting sprockets on, after you remove whatever restraint system you used, make sure you have your tools near by - I was stuck at 3AM with my sprockets/belt in my hands but all tools out of reach for a long time
