Does anyone know how to do this? what tools did you use? Do you have to refill by utilizing both the high and low pressure side or can you refill using just the low pressure side end? Anyone who has done this sort of work (discharging and refilling the evo) tell us how its done here please.

 

To discharge the system you will need an evacuation pump(which is an expensive piece of equipment). Its easy to fill it back up though, you just buy R134 at your local autoparts store, and refil it through the low pressure port.

 

what if it's already been discharged pretty much by a leak through the condensor. I punched a hole in it while working on the o2 sensor and manifold. Then I can just refill through the low pressure end eh?
