Installing street-legal 4-point harnesses in the Evo (Schroth)
I posted a write-up on how to install Schroth 4-point harnesses in the Evo. These are one of the few DOT legal harnesses that you can buy, and they do not require a harness bar. Enjoy.

The whole purpose of these Schroth harnesses is that they are designed for street cars without rollbars.
The risk with a standard harness is that they hold you upright when the car rolls, breaking your neck. With the Schroth, there's a portion of one shoulder belt that actually lengthens under a hard impact which, along with the fact that there is no crotch belt, will give you room to slump.
If you want a harness, these are the only one to consider with out a rollbar.

Thanks Jeller. I updated the software behind the site and didn't have time to back through all of my previous posts. Glad the instructions helped.
