Removing ABS sensors????

Anyone know how to remove the abs sensors, located on wheel hub area, without damaging them? An installer somehow messed up something on my ABS system, during a clutch install, so I now have an abs light on the dash. I wanted to see if any of the front sensors were damage.
I took off the bolt that holds it place, but that ****** is stuck on there like it was glued.![lol](https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/images/smilies/lol.gif)
the sensor i'm talking about is listed as #1 on the image below.

any help would be great. It's pissing me off cause it was something cause I want my car 100% functional, especially my brake system.
thanks....
