Buschur Double Pumper Install question
Installing a buschur double pumper in an Evo and curious about one thing.
Reading Daves instructions it sounds like when you go to remove the stock feed line it runs down the drivers side of the gas tank and under the car, then you disconnect it from a metal line under the car then reattach the new hose.
Problem is, the line running from the pump to the drivers side of the car is a small maybe 5 inch long plastic hose, then connecting to a metal line still inside the car not viewable but you can feel it under the metal of the seat.
Now it doesn't say anywhere to pull that out or seperate it or what, and under the car I see where it ends but it is connected to another metal line side by side with a tiny welded bracket holding them together.
Any ideas?

take off that 5" piece from that hardline. Then lay under the car and theres another
5" piece from hard line to hard line. The line along the driver side of the car hard and the 2 plastic 5" hoses on either side. on the bottom the filter and hose attached to it will replace that piece.
