Turbo removal...
Ok well i dont know how or why but when removing my exhaust manifold i snapped one of the bolts where it bolts up to the turbo. So im going to remove the turbo to remove the bolt and possibly re-tap the bolt hole. After removing the downpipe and the oil lines to the turbo as well as the intake, what else do i need to remove for instance is there a bracket to the block or anything? this is my first time removing it so any advice is appreciated thanks in advance guys.

Possibly the starter. That is about all I can think of off the top of my head. Might be easier to pull the whole manifold though. You may have a repeat of the other bolts if you don't soak them with penetration type of stuff.

there is on bolt right under the turbo just incase you dont know yet! other than that is just all about removing the bolts of the exhaust manifold, disconneting oil lines, one on top, 1 on the oil pan, vacuunm lines, and some coolant lines on top. last thing the Lower Intercooler Pipe... if i miss other thing, others can chime in
to make it easy drain your coolant and pull the Radiator out

i am probably late on this but you can easily remove the hot side of the turbo without removing the turbo in the car. Just remove the v-band clamp and nicely tap the hotside off the center section. It is pretty much a guaranty that either one of the two bolts or two nuts on the exhaust mani to hotside with seize or strip. I have never seen anyone remove the exhaust mani without having this problem, myself included.
