How-To Request - Replacing Evo VIII Instrument Panel Bulbs
I was wondering if anyone could provide some step-by-step instructions on getting to and replacing the instrument panel bulbs on my Evo VIII.
Is it easy to do or should I have the dealer replace them?
If it is easy enough for me to do myself, are there specifc things to watch out for or make it easier?
Thanks in advance!!

Its a piece of cake..
take the bezel off, tilt the Steering wheel down as far as it will go.. remove the bolts (4 I think) holding the cluster in place.. slide it forward a bit so you can reach behind and detach the harness.. it just comes out with a little tilting/adjusting.. you can take the plastic off the steering column also, but I recall it wasn't really necessary..
Its ALOT easier than it seems because it was designed to come out without having to adjust much.
Bulbs, well, their easy to take out after you get the cluster out..

I got the cluster unscrewed and removed from under the dash pad.
So now i need to pull the two wiring harnesses and completely take the cluster out?
How do you take the bulbs out? From behind? With a tool or by hand?
