How to install rear diff beat rush bushings

Sorry for bumping an old thread, but seeing as nobody has responded to this man's question. I'm curious as to how hard/easy it is to install these. I did read somewhere that Kracka said it was much easier than installing the Energy Suspension rear diff. bushings being that the Beatrush is just a add-on.

well the energy set is a different bushing altogether
i have bought both sets and opted to install beatrush cause of ease and the fact that it addresses the problem fairly well.
There is still a thud under hard shifts but not as bas as stock
