3" downpipe with Flex pipe - Brand Unknown
FIXED FOR NOW!!
I recently purchased a used "Megan Racing" 3" downpipe from a vender from here on EvoM and when I received it, there was a label plate on it that said "T-Pros".
I installed the downpipe and it fit tight but bolted right up.
The flange on the DP to the o2 Housing was a straight flange and didnt look like it used the stock donut gasket (yes I understand that the stock donut gasket is smaller since it is a stock o2 housing)
I have been getting a major exhaust leak from between the o2 housing and DP. I also read on the forums from some guys that this old style type of DP with the flex section bolted straight to the o2 without the donut gasket and just a regular gasket.
Is this true?
Also if it does use a flange gasket instead of a donut gasket, what size is it? I tried using a regular 3" exhaust gasket from vibrant but the holes for the bolts were too far apart.
Please help me with this situation as I am new 06 EVO IX MR owner that went from an RSX Type-S to an EVO.
(Yes I know they have the new style Megan DP that uses the stock spring bolts and donut gasket as well)
Thanks for the help if anyone can help resolve this.

It bolts up flush to the housing but doesn't look or feel like the donut gasket does anything but I just put some high temp rtv on it now there's no leak... Thanks for your input!!
