I have tried a search and I cannot find a SAFC 2 install for the evo 8. Can someone direct me to one that shows which wires I need to tap for this install?? Thank you

you can use road race engineerings ECU diagram on their website at http://www.roadraceengineering.com, and also a little note...in the SAFCII manual, the diagram for the evo 8 is not right, use the one for the 2nd gen eclipse...If i remember right it is the diagram M3-a or something like that, other than that, that should be all you need. good luck !!

I dont have the manual unfortunately because I bought mine used and that acrobat reader wont load for me because it says I need the latest Japanese language support package. Can you send me in a email that specific diagram or section to justinnorton@comcast.net please. BTW thanks for all the help everyone.

I've tapped for the airflow signal the same way how brown wire (closest to ecu) and black wire (farthest from ecu) . Judging by the diagram, is it necessary to have the airflow signal wire cut then bridging it with pink wire (closest to ecu) and orange wire?

Just to make sure, the airflow signal wire needs to be cut right?

OK this is gonna sound really dumb, but do we use Battery 12V or IGN 12 V on the SAFC and the AVCR ?
