Solo S2 Hardwire

You can run the power wire to the bottom spade of slot 10 on your fuse box (under the dash). It only has power with the ignition. Then just ground to the frame, and you've got power with key-on.
FYI I used a normal black telephone wire instead of purchasing the hardware kit, only cost about $3.00 to do

I used a mini-fuse tap. You can also tap into your radio harness if you prefer (if you have an aftermarket radio). There is an ignition-on power wire there as well; do a search for which wire it is, I'm not sure off the top of my head.

Hey EvolvedVIII does your detector itself still light up and alert you? Or does only the remote light flash?
