How do I remove Stock Radio?

pull off HVAC control knobs, two screws inside HVAC knob openings, then reach in and pull straight out. careful as these yellow clips on the console piece will come off easily. this will pop off the center dash piece around the stereo and HVAC controls. then 4 screws on the radio and slide it out. the EVO/LANCER is an isometric stereo, therefore you DO NOT need a dash bracket or anything, reuse the stock attachments on a new stereo and slide it back in.
