Help: Engine removal

Could someone do a write up on how to pull the motor on jack stands. i'm guessing the motor has to come out up top since its going to be done on jack stands. I know all i have to do is disconnect all the mounts and the sensors and other harnesses but i want a step by step instruction so i have help if anything goes wrong.

Yeah man, I'm going to parting out my motor in like 2-3 weeks to build it to a stroked 2.3 and maybe the 40r from fullrace, i can't decide yet... 35r or 40r? BTW. I think i might need you to send me the flash from jestr because when i took my clutch to be done and i think mitsu flashed my ecu back to stock because they saw the CEL light. i'll call you up sometime this week.

-If theres a man to ask for help, ADAMS the man!

2.3 = 40R That car will be sick. I hope you picked some one better (preferably me) than the last shop to do the work

I'll send the flash to you tonight when I get home. Whats your email?

Thanks for props

For the most part, just follow the clutch install thread to remove the trans. After that just disconnect the fuel/coolant/PS/ac lines. Take off the turbo and ehaust manifold. Unclip the nessesary electrical connections. Even though you probably dont have to I would take out the radiator. Then you have the one last motor mount. Oh yea, and the throttle cable.

Most importantly post up and ask for a little help from people in the area in exchange for pizza and beer. I am in the area and wouldn't mind lending a hand.
