I installed mine, and I have a borg warner with no vac on the turbo, and a external tial 44 wg. It wont hold boost. its like its running with a open wg..

I have:

1-Vacumm off manifold and bottom of wg
2-top of wg
3-sinter muffler

what the heck :| anyone who has a aftermarket turbo and tial 44 please show how u hooked it up :|

What does your gauge read at idle? Mine reads -16, not sure if that's lower than normal. I thought it was supposed to be little higher.

the 5 bar External sensor to bost over 29psi. Do i T off the same boost line of the Internal (the one connected to the back of the tru boost gauge)?

Diverted the internal boost line source to the external 5 bar. Dont forget to change the settings from Internal to External "sEn"

i ran the wires through the driver side fender, theres a hole right by the clutch pedal with a rubber gasket you have to pop out or pull in to get the wire through. i recomend try pulling it through, i poped it out and cant get it back into place.
