1. put the stock mesh on top of the hood
2. put the stock vent underneath the hood (put mesh studs through the holes in the vent)
3. put a big enough washer to cover the bolt hole on the vent and secure with self-locking nut
there you go! all you have to do is sandwich that vent and mesh onto the hood scoop lip!

I know fitment is way off(Seibons) vent is larger than stock mesh. Some have used washers hand stock vent to sandwhich it together...I said screw that...very carefully pelled back the Seibons pins underneath took of the Silver gril off... bought Krylon Flat Black Spray paint and gave it 4 coats(both sides) Looks 100x better actually call it looking normal instead.
