I just got toxic fabs o2 dump and it looks great!. My mechanic said thst installing it would take 5 hours and cost me over 500 dollars. Anyone have advice for me and is it that hard to do? I know what I jphave to do, I've just been busy with a family funeral.

It's really not that difficult. You should be able to do it in under 2 hours. If you search around you'll find a few write ups on installing the O2 housing.
The easiest way I found was removing the downpipe, then removing the exhaust manifold. Separate the turbo hot side (carefully) and pull out the hot side with the O2 housing attached. Reverse and assemble. Easy..

hahah what??? What shop is this, so no one else goes there...even pulling the radiator, pulling the turbo, bolting the 02 dump to the turbo then reinstalling everything won't take 5 hrs!! Look in the How-To section, there are a couple how tos for installing 02 housings, install is pretty much the same for all of them...some are a little more of a bi*ch to install then others...

haha...$500 is a joke!.....some shops charge around that for a clutch job..now that is ALOT harder to do....
spray on the pb blaster and tackle this yourself...its really not alot of work today...it may seem overhwhelming at first but you'll be glad in the end. and have $300 in your pocket.
spend $200 on a decent set of tools and have at it...

Ill be another one to tell u its not gravy. Many problems that are unforeseen can make this difficult. In my case the previous owner didn't use antiseize on anything and im left with a broke bolt in the housing and a ez out broke in that bolt all because they didn't use anti seize. I even pb blasted the thing for a week before doing this. I have been trying to get the bolt out for 3 days now. If not for this one bolt it wouldn have been hard at all but u can just never know before diving in.

PB blaster is your friend on a job like this. Whatever shop wants to charge $500 must not work very fast, or charge $200/hour for labor!
I did mine by removing just the LICP and the downpipe. Used some universal joints and it wasn't really that bad. The stock o2 heat shield bolts were the worst to get to IMO
